This is an opportunity to be part of a team that keeps Parliamentary ICT systems secure, available and performing every day. The Information Services Division (ISD) delivers ICT services across Parliament House and associated parliamentary environments, with the Network Security Operations section responsible for supporting the systems and infrastructure services that enable people, applications and critical parliamentary functions.

As a System Administrator, you will build and apply your systems operations capability by supporting monitoring, troubleshooting, incident and service request resolution, routine system changes, installation and configuration activities, documentation and customer-focused support.

As a Systems Operations Administrator, you will take on more complex technical work, coordinate system changes, support system refresh and transition activities, help resolve challenging incidents, improve operational practices and share your knowledge with others in the team.

Alongside meaningful work in a unique environment, Parliament House offers a range of workplace benefits, including free car parking and free use of onsite facilities such as the gym, tennis courts and swimming pool.
